Bags

They will make your outfit just as fast as they will break it. If you work with me I will always tell you to spend money on your bag. Some women know this, and others need alittle encouragement. I am not suggesting going into debt, that’s silly. At the same time, I am a stylist, I talk fashion, not money managment.

Here are my thoughts on what every woman needs: a black bag, a brown bag, and a clutch. These are the basics, once you have them you can go anywhere.

The Black Bag:

This is just a small sampling of bags I love. When you are buying your ‘basic’ bags, I think, the timeless and classic hobo or satchel is the way to go. The same is true for clutches, a classic black envelope clutch will always be useful, but once you have it there are so many outstanding choices. Also? Once you start on bags, it becomes hard to stop, let this be a warning to you. Do you want to see the bag I die for this season?
