The irony in this post is that I was planning on blogging about rain boots, and other rain appropriate foot wear. I thought I would write about how I love Army & Navy rain boots because they are the ultimate old school rain wear.
My sweet husband and I came home from dinner, we were out for a few short hours, and once we got home I went looking for my rain boots so that I could use them as an example of my top choice for rain boots.
I found them.
We recently rescued another dog, what can I say, I am a sucker. She was abandoned and looked at us with a pathetically sad face and that was it. Actually, that’s not true, there is more to it, but this is about clothes, and style, not dogs.
Let’s just take another look at the boot.
Now, we have had dogs for a while, I know this happens, and believe me when I say that I have sacrificed thousands of dollars worth of shoes to our dogs. Thousands. The shocking part about this is not that I am apt to spending thousands of dollars on shoes, but that I have let it happen more than once. I am completely at fault, I have left the closet door open, or left a pair under the bed, whatever the reason it should only happen once.
Except in my case.
I left the closet door open, again.
I picked these up in Paris this summer, they were so cute.
The full extent of the damage with the culprit.
Doesn’t she look guilty? I am going to have to pick up another pair of rain boots, good thing they are less than $20 at Army & Navy. You should too.
